These are very delicious!!! Use the new and easy, no roll method in Crunch! to bake them and calculate the right amount of flour and liquid to use.
50/50 corn or lentil flour (*) and whole grain flour
1 ounce cheddar cheese, grated
2 Tablespoons Soy Vegetarian Bacon Bits
1/2 tsp. black mustard seed
1 tablespoon whole grain mix
1 tablespoon super seed mix
(*) use a coffee & spice mill to grind French or regular lentils. Or your Family Grain flour mill. In the photo above I used black beluga lentils, and despite their yellow interiors, they will come out darker than other kinds of lentils.
