Red Curry Paste Chips and Crackers

Add one or more of the following to a basic whole grain Crunch! Whole grain artisan chips and crackers recipe.  But don’t add them all or the cracker will be too thick.

1.5 teaspoon Mae Ploy red curry paste

half whole grain, and half dal or lentil flour (Papadum Chips)

3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon lemon or lime zest

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon lemon or lime oil

1/2 teaspoon coconut extract

1/4 teaspoon dried garlic

1-2 teaspoons dried onion

1/4 tsp. cardamom

1/4 tsp. ginger

1/4 cup finely ground dry peanuts
