Commercial egg white, hummus, and other chips

Bloomberg recently had an article about how a greater variety of chips is available now.

Instead of paying 10 times as much to buy them, use these ideas to make your own chips at home.

You can use egg whites instead of water, buy garbanzo flour, and make your own flour from dried peas.

If you want fruit and vegetable chips, buy a dehydrator — in the long run it will pay for itself, and you can control the quality by buying organic produce that you’ve rinsed well when it’s the peak of the season, or best of all, plant a fruit tree in your yard and extend the enjoyment by dehydrating the fruit.
