I love these, they are one of my favorite dessert cracker/cookies.  Use the amount of flour, method, baking time, and liquid as specified in Crunch! Whole Grain Artisan Chips and Crackers. Low-Fat, Low-Sugar, Low-Salt Snack. Garnish or Croutons. New, Easy, No-roll method.

1 ounce banana chips, pureed i(2-3 tablespoons)

1 ounce peanuts, pureed (2-3 tablespoons)

Enough flour to reach the level of thinness desired

1 Tablespoon dried coconut

1 Tablespoon sugar

1 Tablespoon super seed mix

Banana chips are drier than most dried fruit and work much better, but you’ll still have to bake these longer than savory crackers due to the sugar and the baking qualities of dried fruit.

About Alice

I've milled and baked with whole grains for many years, because whole grains are delicious, and white flour is missing the nutrition that protects you from cancer, stroke, heart disease, diabetes and many other diseases. Plus it's a good emergency food.
